Insurance
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan’s co-pay, deductible, and mental health coverage.
Before your first session, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking:
Do I have coverage for outpatient mental health services?
What is my co-pay or co-insurance per session?
Have I met my deductible yet, and how much is it?
If you haven’t met your deductible, you may be responsible for the full session fee until that amount is reached. Afterward, your co-pay will apply.

Your co-pay is often similar to what you’d pay for a regular doctor’s visit, but I always recommend confirming with your plan directly. I’m happy to help walk you through this process.

Everyone’s needs are different. Many clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and safety, especially when navigating trauma, transitions, or relationship patterns.
Over time, we may shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions as you begin to feel more confident and grounded in your growth.
My goal is always to work myself out of a job—to help you build the insight, tools, and trust in yourself to navigate life with more freedom and resilience. We’ll collaborate regularly to find a rhythm that feels right for you.
