Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and always paced to your comfort. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you’re ready for, and I’ll offer tools to help you feel grounded as we go.
We’ll check in regularly about what’s working—and shift the pace or focus when needed. My goal is always to work myself out of a job by helping you build lasting tools, self-trust, and insight you can carry with you long after our work is done.
